EXPERIENCE RENDITION ART AND MUSIC CONCERTS
The Rendition is a performing arts event that celebrates up and coming talent in music, poetry, theatre, fashion and fine arts. On November 1st 2013, The Rendition was themed Brikicho (Hide and Seek in Swahili) were the organized created an unforgettable experience of fun and games, leaving the audience nostalgic of childhood days.
Face painting
For the first one and a half hours of the event, everyone played all sorts of playground games like katí, skip rope, hula hoops, face painting, you name it. Music mixes by DJ Soulvation, covers by finger-style guitarist Sly and performances by poets such as Abu Sense entertained the audience. H_Art the Band were the favourites, with an all time performance that took the crowd by storm. The event hit a climax with an unexpected fashion show (a first by the Rendition) followed by live band performance by Kennedy Krazy, the featured artist of the night.. This was a great opportunity for young up and coming fashion designers and models to showcase their work.
